We design & build from the bottom up.
All of our homes are site-built. We design small homes that are modern, functional and built to last. We include foundation, excavation, materials, and positive grade in our pricing, so you can rest assure we won’t be throwing hidden fees your way. We come with over 30 years of experience in building, with expertise in the latest techniques in materials used today. We frame our interior walls 16-inches on center, even if it is a small space. It provided greater structural strength, giving you more possibilities in customization, now or in the future.

We are passionate about small home building for many reasons. We believe for many, it is more affordable and could help folks become a homeowner sooner. It is a simple way of living which allows for other life experiences, outdoors. Our homes are stick-built in a more efficient way, which saves on material and time. We believe in efficient design which allows us to maximize materials and build in a way that is efficient. This allows us to offer an attainable home that built board by board from the foundation up.
